Each touch-point was crafted to be a meaningful part of the brand story, from the name Kendall’s – inspired by the name of the founding farmer to the land, to the copy tone, custom menu, wall graphics and ads.

The mission to separate Kendall’s from the local chain-restaurants by creating an authentic experience that delivers quality and consistency was a hit! Kendall’s continues to outperform their predicted goals year after year..

CHALLENGE

Our client was asked to turn a low performing restaurant in a hard to find location into a high performing dining destination.

SOLUTION

A brand that truly delivered on it’s promise, with a new name, logo and brand experience grounded in research and rooted in the neighborhoods history.

OUTCOME

Kendall’s not only met their goals, they crushed them with an astounding 19% revenue growth the first year of business and added growth of 4% the following year.
